2. Description of Service
EnrichGraph provides real-time B2B professional data access via APIs. Our services include people profile enrichment, company data enrichment, activities tracking, and related data services. All data is fetched in real time and we do not maintain a static database of personal records.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use our services to harass, stalk, or harm individuals, send unsolicited communications in violation of anti-spam laws, attempt to reverse-engineer or resell our data without authorization, or exceed your agreed-upon rate limits or usage quotas.
4. API Access and Authentication
Access to our API requires a valid API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing is custom and based on your usage volume and throughput requirements. Currently, we primarily accept cryptocurrency payments. Alternative payment methods may be available upon discussion. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Service Level and Availability
We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our API services. While we make every effort to ensure reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnrichGraph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
